Front Desk Training

First, you’ll need to download and fill out your training checklist worksheet. This will allow you to track what modules you have completed. We suggest you start from the top and work your way down. Each module builds upon the previous modules. Some of the items you might have already worked with, or have past experience with, and may want to skip them. We have designed this entire program specifically with the intent of being able to take the Supervising Provider that does not have any experience with a EPM and EHR system, and get them up to speed quickly so they can hit the ground running..
