WASHINGTON

Certified Medical Assistant – Port Angeles

We have an immediate opening for a Certified Medical Assistant to work with a Provider specializing in Dermatology and Allergy.

  • Must be currently Washington Certified as a Medical Assistant.
  • Minimum of one year of medical assisting experience, or school equivalent required
  • Duties include rooming patients and assisting the provider as needed
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented
  • Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
  • This position is 30-40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Medical Receptionist – Port Angeles

We have an immediate opening for a Medical Front Office Receptionist at our Port Angeles location.

  • Minimum of one year of medical office experience preferred
  • Duties include check in patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, daily deposit
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented

OREGON

Lab Manager (Salem)

  • Supervises the daily operations of the lab and personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Responsible for all elements of the clinical laboratory operations, process flow, including courier, specimen collection, specimen processing.
  • Develop and oversee procedures for dealing with troubleshooting and problem solving in all areas of laboratory operations.
  • Qualified candidates will have an Associates Degree in the field of Laboratory Science or equivalent under the 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) guidelines of high complexity testing. State Licensure if applicable.
  • Requires minimum of five years of experience as a Histology Technician or Histotechnologist and/or 2 years’ experience as a Histology Supervisor with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • This position is 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Certified Medical Assistant – Part Time (Mid-Willamette Valley)

We are seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant to work between our Mid-Willamette Valley offices.

  • Minimum of one year of medical assisting experience, or school equivalent required
  • Must be Certified as an MA by an accredited program such as AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA
  • Duties include rooming patients and assisting the provider as needed
  •  Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented
  • Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
  • The part time position is 16-25 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
