OREGON

Medical Credentialing Specialist – Salem, OR

We have an immediate opening for a Medical Credentialing Specialist.

  • Minimum of one year of credentialing experience required
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and very detail oriented
  • This position is 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday

Some key duties include:

  • Initial credentialing: Setting up new providers to the organization in Oregon and Washington and gathering all information to initiate and finish credentialing process (including malpractice application, licensure assistance, DEA applications, setting up online portals, etc)
  • Re-credentialing providers: Reviewing apps, databases, and online portals to ensure that the provider information is up to date before submitting it to insurance carriers
  • Location Updates: Contacting insurances to update directories with new locations and providers, and updating online portals
  • Provider license and DEA renewals and tracking
  • General insurance correspondence: reviewing received faxes to confirm/update practice information
  • Assist with research on insurances/plans when issues or inquiries arise that cause billing denials

Certified Medical Assistant – (Salem and Mid-Willamette Valley)

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to work between our Mid-Willamette Valley offices.

  • Minimum of one year of medical assisting experience, or school equivalent required
  • Must be Certified as an MA by an accredited program such as AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA
  • Duties include rooming patients and assisting the provider as needed
  •  Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented
  • Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
  • The full time position is 32-40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Medical Billing Specialist – Albany

We have an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a Medical Billing Position
  • Must be familiar with EOB’s and general knowledge of insurance carriers
  • Must have knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT codes
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented
  • Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
  • This position is 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
