Medical Receptionist – Port Angeles

We are seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist for our Port Angeles location.

  • Minimum of one year of medical office experience preferred
  • Duties include checking in patients, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, collecting copays, daily deposit \
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented

Certified Medical Assistant – Port Angeles

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for our Port Angeles office.

  • Must be currently Washington Certified as a Medical Assistant
  • Minimum of one year of medical assisting experience, or school equivalent required
  • Duties include rooming patients and assisting the provider as needed
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented

OREGON

Pathology Grossing Technician – Salem

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Pathology Grossing Technician in our Salem lab. This position is full time, Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science

Duties Include:

  • Preparing skin tissue specimens for microscopic examination, performing gross descriptions, and preparation of surgical tissues under the supervision of a Pathologist.
  • Assisting with other laboratory duties including preparing and maintaining laboratory reagents/stains/solutions, performing routine equipment maintenance, filing slides and blocks, and assisting with quick accession of cases.

Laboratory Assistant/Histotechnician – Salem

We have an opening for a Lab Assistant in our Salem office. This position is full time, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Required: 1-2 years experience in a medical office setting
  • Preferred, but not required: experience as a histotechnician, medical assistant, or working in a laboratory setting

Main Duties Include:

  • Promptly intake/document all tissue specimens with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process tissue for sectioning; stain/label slides, coverslips, embed tissue in paraffin/cutting
  • Maintain and coordinate maintenance of stations and all lab equipment
  • Daily have attention to detail completing computer tasks, correspondence, and updating patient information in multiple computer programs
  • Comply with OSHA/CLIA procedures and standards for all laboratory functions
  • Ability to work efficiently with other employees and team members to meet daily processing deadlines

Certified Medical Assistant – Seaside and Astoria

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to work between our Astoria and Seaside locations.

  • Must be Certified as an MA by an accredited program such as AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a Medical Billing Position
  • Must be familiar with EOB’s and general knowledge of insurance carriers
  • Must have knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT codes
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
